The copyright for media is stored in the media library for the respective medium. For images, it appears by default at the bottom right of the image. For videos, the copyright is also displayed at the bottom right as long as the controls are hidden; when the controls are displayed, the copyright appears at the top right.
New: In the project settings under Legal, you can hide the copyright for the entire project if necessary.
