With share links, you show your preview to exactly the people who should see it, even without a Novamag account. Each link shows only what you choose and runs out on its date. The preview itself now opens only for signed-in members of your team. If you used to send preview addresses to an agency or to clients, create a share link for them instead.
How to use it
Open Project settings, choose Share links and click Add share link.
Give the link a name and an expiry date (30 days by default, one year at most).
Choose which pages it shows by status (Draft, Pending review, Inactive, Published). You can exclude individual publications.
If you like, protect the link with a password. Then click Copy link to get the address to send.
It's even quicker straight from your lists: Share in a publication's More options menu creates a link for that publication only. In the page list, share a page from its menu, or select several pages and choose Share selection. Subpages come along automatically.
You stay in control at all times: Renew link gives a link a new address, and the old one stops working. Revoke switches it off for good. Expired and revoked links sit folded below the active ones, where you can Delete them. Anyone who can change a page's status in the project can create share links.
Tip: Check what a link shows in a private browser window. When you're signed in yourself, you always see everything.
